Hello po!

I recieved email from shopify reminding me about my billing and will be frozen tomorrow August 21 if still unsettled. My paypal is still preapproved. I dont have credit card so i used my bank account visa to pay. I really dont know if it is possible since billing still failed. 

I tried to ask help in community chatwork and quickpro messenger but still unsolved. I hope you can guide me please thanks
